Dr Will Bickerton

I grew up in the UK, going to medical school in Leicester and working in the highlands of Scotland as well as Northern Devon where I completed GP training amidst the covid pandemic of 2020 and 2021. I moved to Christchurch in June 2021 and love the beaches and hills on offer here spending time running in the summer and skiing in the winter when I can.

I have a Diploma in Mountain Medicine and enjoy getting out into remote places. In August 2023 I moved to Barrington Medical Centre after working within Christchurch learning the NZ primary care system and continue to enjoy working here within the BMC team.

My wife and I recently welcomed our first son and who is the main focus when not at work.
