Doctor

Born and raised in Scotland, I moved to Christchurch in 2000. I am married to a Kiwi and we have two children. I studied at St Andrews and Manchester Universities in the United Kingdom, graduating in 1998.

I completed General Practice training in 2006. I worked in a variety of hospital specialties before specialising in General Practice. I joined the great team at Barrington Medical Centre permanently in 2016.

I enjoy the variety of presentations and the relationships formed in General Practice. I very much appreciate the value of continuity of care. Outside of work, I love being a mum, keeping fit, travelling, arts and music and spending time outdoors, particularly skiing, biking and walking. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you make well informed decisions about your health.
